COLOMBO – The Sri Lanka Printers Association (SLAP) on Friday (19) inaugurated the Sri Lanka Print Expo 2026, the popular two-day international trade exhibition showcasing the latest innovations, technologies, sustainability and services in the printing industry, at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) in Colombo.
Secretary to the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, Thilaka Jayasundara, attended the opening ceremony as Chief Guest. The exhibition, regarded as the country’s largest printing, packaging, labelling, signage and graphic communications trade fair, brought together local and international industry leaders, technology providers, policy makers and printing professionals to promote innovation, networking and business opportunities within the sector.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia was the Principal Sponsor of the exhibition, while KWO Printing Needs Ltd. and MK Masterworks were Platinum Sponsors, and JDC Printing Technologies, Metropolitan and Gestetner of Ceylon PLC were Gold Sponsors. Wijeya Newspapers Ltd. and Express Newspapers Ceylon Ltd were media sponsors.
