A monthly community-building event for wellbeing and joy
COLOMBO — Deep Heal, an emerging global wellness and lifestyle initiative, has announced the launch of ‘Live Love Laugh by Deep Heal’ in Sri Lanka, a monthly community event designed to bring people together through art, creativity, and human connection.
The inaugural ‘Live Love Laugh’ took place on Saturday (16) at The Kingsbury, Colombo, featuring an inspiring lineup of poets, musicians, stand-up comedians, and storytellers. The unique gathering was to create a space where people could unwind, express themselves, and connect on a deeper level.
“Deep Heal’s mission in Sri Lanka is to improve the wellbeing and quality of life for people by creating spaces where they can heal, grow, and celebrate life,” said Shara Sundarr, Founder of Deep Heal. “With Live Love Laugh, we’re building more than an event — we’re building a movement.”
As part of its expansion in Sri Lanka, Deep Heal will host monthly community-building events and develop other sub-groups, including sports, running clubs, and wellness circles focusing on mindfulness, nutrition, and personal growth.
The Live Love Laugh event is open to all, and attendees are encouraged to bring friends, share stories, and be part of a community that inspires positive change in everyday life.
Deep Heal is a global wellness and lifestyle movement with chapters in Singapore and Sri Lanka. Through events, workshops, and community initiatives, Deep Heal bridges wellness with creativity, sports, and personal transformation, making wellbeing accessible and enjoyable for all.
